It would be nice to have the chance to get cut players from larger school to your school. Becuase in my 7th year im not cutting under achieving 5 star players where in another school they would love to have them. If i were coaching such a school that would be a GREAT option for picking up a player or two that you NEED. I view of this is simple After the cut player option have have the screen fo to a pop up. These players are looking for a new home or even these players are avalible. Have ONLY a list of players that you have a interest in your school and there three to five other schools. Becuase if your a pure passing school 9 time out of 10 a runner isnt coming your way. But have this option and use the recuring point in a package time of format. and you get one shot and what pans out happens. SO say you put 10 points in play now. 5 point into coaching style. 3 point in to location. 2 points into what ever. totaling 20 points. for THAT player and youll do the samething for the rest of the players you need or want. Then hit go and youll find out what players you have won. no second round the players you get is that. being that in real life at that point its almost GO time. Then you move on to placement and final scheds. and redshirting.
