59. I have noticed in stores that the WWF have championship belts that you can buy....sure would be cool if madden had them for sell in different sizes that had Madden Champion on them...so when we do play our friends and have home tourneys...we could use them.
60. More Challenges on all the things that the real NFL aloow challenges on. Have a drop down box on what we would like to challenge instead of preselecting it for us.

Some of the things that are already in the game are great...eventhough I didnt talk about some....leave them alone. The only thing I can say to totally get rid of is the Cheerleader cards.

I remember when that was in originally, and then was taken out guys were adding it to their wishlist, then the same guys bitched when it was brought back about how stupid it was... hell, just leave it out. Unneccessary.

I'd like to see more celebrations, more sideline activity, more general beefing up of the atmosphere, and we say it every year, especially for playoff games. And especially the superbowl.

good list my key - realism make default sliders dead realistic I keep getting my ass kicked no matter what I'm going to be playing a team the same overall as me but I'll still probably lose check it out at my site. Green in my game fumbles quite a bit.

Again, this ties in with the notion of full customizability. This should be a given and a hallmark of madden. We should be able to edit all graphic files and not be limited to just helmets, endzones, midfield, main, and jersey/pants editing[which isn't even true editing since we can't add custom graphics to jersey's and pants]. Why Madden doesn't allow this is beyond me.

I'm not asking for the big truck back....instead when a player is gone for....say 8 weeks or more...have that little cart that they put the hurt players on..carry them off the field. Just today, I have seen it several times during games. But not for the minor injuries. To make it a lasting feature...have it on 2 cut screens...one with the player and cart...the other showing a replay of the injury. Of course once in a long while make it so that it is lesser weeks..just to add the drama.

It would be cool if the training staff came out for an injury and if serious have the cart. Little things towels on recievers and center, QB, handwarmers.

Fixing the kicking problem on All-Madden mode. How many times have we gave the opposing team great field position by kicking the football off wrong! I believe strongly that it's a problem with the kicking meter. I think it should be a little more simpler (like the one in NFL 2K3). This meter should stay with the golf series that EA has and not bleed over into football.

Also, the actual physics of kicking should be fixed too. I remember on many occasions where I kicked OR punted the ball down the field and the ball actually bounced BACKWARDS or STOPPED or hit the ground and bounced strongly to the side. This needs to be fixed.

Footballs do bounce backwards and to the side. It's not a soccerball, those pointed ends cause all kinds of craziness.

Never in reality will a football bounce BACKWARDS on a kickoff, dude. Or a punt for that matter. There is just too much force behind the kick for it to do that. And it certainly will not STOP which is what happens sometimes.

I guess I missed something. A football won't bounce backwards on the initial bounce, but after that it's all up in the air.

Right. That was my point. Sorry I missed that. It's the initial bounce on Madden that needs to be addressed.

1. more shoe, gloves, and helemt selections. i like the new ones that payton manning and jerry rices is wearing.
2. have the weather efect the game.
3. have the grassy turf like they did in ncaa football but make it better.
4. i want to hear some trashing talking.
5. when a player gets hurt real bad i want to see a ambulance come out on the field.

my two biggest beefs, continue to work on the DB's and LB's zone coverage behaviors, also work on their read and react timing. When the QB crosses the LOS defenders should begin to converge NOT just sit there and look at the QB run.

Work on eliminating the all powerful and omnipotent lob.

Also work on player attributes. No one should be able to put Jaquez Green in at QB and go 12/17 passing 151yds. Lots of stuff to work on.

I didn't get 12/17 for 151 passing yards LB.

and...yes, if I remember correctly, I DID put Jacquez Green at QB in Madden 2002.

No more Madden Cards. It will never happen, but it wuld be nice to see them gone.

I also like the Secnd and third string idea, make the back-up tams in advance so we can just click them in, instead of having to wait all day while our opponent changed players in each position.

NCAA Football 2000 had that feature.

there is one thing that pisses me off in both ncaa and madden. Illegal recievers downfiled. The opposing team always have a couple linemen past the line of scrimage before the qb has passed the ball. They need to include that big time. I love the idea of laterals in madden. To many facemasks stick out to me.

We need some tackle eligible plays for the goalline formation.

It's probably already in the list, but I can't be bothered to go look.

A ticker would be cool. Every once in a while have it scroll across the bottom of the screen or something.

Make slider settings for individual teams instead of a league wide generic one.

Have ratings improve (more for the younger guys) for players who play in a winning SB, play in the Pro-Bowl, or have won an MVP award...

Stats for all simmed games calculated by the quarter lengths I set..

We need a HOF or record list, a reason to keep that rookie QB, RB etc.. till he retires..

I beleive this is called CARRY and is already in the game...

They need to make the refs attempt to get the hell out of the way if a player is coming at them (Just like in the real NFL) and if the ref doesn't then yes he can get run over cloobered even injured it should be this way as the ref is in the way a lot in the middle of the field and is an unmovable WALL.. fix that.

I would like to add some..

1. I want to be able to change a players position at any time. Like say I draft a LB and want to make him a safety. Or I have a FS and want to make him a SS (Roy Williams Cowboys) I should be able to.. Any player should be able to play any position and I should be able to change that (week to week if I want). Why does it matter? Pro bowl.. thats why..

2. If I make custome plays (xbox) Please make sure my substitutions still work, audibles also.. currently they don't they are fubar if I use a custom playbook. I like to rotate my DT's and use three safeties in a dime, but with a custom playbook substitutions don't work right... (THIS IS A BUG)

3. I want realistic general manager stuff (contracts etc) Currently I refuse to use the cap penalty setting because its bull that a team would sign a guy for 350k and then upon releasing him get a 175k penalty... nope that kid didn't get a signing bonus therefore no cap penalty. This is a big one.. PLEASE give us this... I don't want to keep signing all the free agents and trading them for draft picks (I signed peyton manning and traded him to the colts for their #1 'they released him').. but without the realistic cap penalties and signing bonuses I am so compelled to do this.. (I KNOW SHAME ON ME...)

4. PLayer progression... this one sucked this year!!! Really OLINEMEN always went down.. and most dlinemen went down. And all backups got worse. C'mon now you are saying in order to get better you HAVE to play(in a game)... NO thats wrong.. I mean I understand improving MORE because you played, but not HAVING TO PLAY to improve. And the fact that my oline never gets pancakes makes it stupid to pick an olineman in the draft... its better to trade for them every few years (which is what we did) FIX THAT... it sucks... in fact there is no reason to draft anyone unless they can start because if they are a backup they will go down... DUMB DUMB DUMB!! These rookies still practice all year.. learn the system etc... FIX IT!!

5. More years 30 ain't enough.. We reach that by december and then have to start over or quit playing.. make it 100 years.

6. I want to touch more on the CPU to CPU trades and stuff... it does happen.. maybe not so much during the season, even though it does.. (cowboys traded kelvin garmon to chargers for conditional 7th round pick).. I'm sure there are more but being a cowboys fan I only know cowboys... BUT during the DRAFT there are TRADES!!! lots of them draft day should be a lot bigger than what it is.. allow CPU trades. (drew bledsoe for a #1 ) (#1 and tim dwight for #1 overall mike vick) etc etc etc a lot of trades on draft day.. there shoudl be a real draft clock in which you can sit and wait for trade offers etc etc give trade offers.. watch each team do things not just sim through it ral quick. (make it so you can turn it on and off for those who don't want to...) Also make future trades possible.. If I want to trade My #1 this year for #1 next year make it possible... If I want to be stupid like Jerry Jones and trade two years worth of #1 picks for Joey Galloway make it possible.

7. Players (FA's) who have minds of their own that would sign with one team for less than another and would just outright turn down a team (like the bengals) no matter what they offered. (we still need signing bonus and cap penalty here though... even with voidable and encentive clauses... PLEASE!!)...

i know they put in the play editor and you can create your own plays and formations.. But I still want more plays on offense and defense.. Team specific defense.... The only thing i like in nfl 2k is they have different formations, madden has basically had the same stuff forever..
