This would be cool. have every team with made up caoches and a few extra ones and let you hire you coaches and build new stadiums and all of that .

An extension of owner mode in Madden. Seems like the next logical step forward heh ?

The stadium build feature in Madden is quite bland.

I like the idea of playing as a coach, being signed to a contract and then getting fired for not doing your job.

I like the idea of an AD mode. Have each school alotted an amount of money based on prestige. Possibilities to earn more money for televised games or going to play a highly ranked school when you are ranked low, i.e. San Jose St. going to Florida.
As an AD, you have to determine where the money is going to be allocated, whether it be coaches, training/medical, recruiting, facilities, etc.

I see EA catching a lot of heat from the NCAA about this one but, it would be pretty tight!
